Drink water throughout the night - aim for a glass of water after your favourite cocktail to ensure you aren’t becoming dehydrated.
The next morning - consider drinking coconut water, or electrolyte powders as they have less sugar than other electrolyte drinks.
Feeling really nauseous - have yourself some ginger tea or chew on some ginger. Take about 1 tsp of ginger and place in a cup, pour boiling hot water over top and let steep for 25 minutes before drinking.

Eat lighter meals multiple times throughout the day. This can include soups, salads, snacking on nuts/seeds or vegetables.
Drink lemon water in the morning and make sure to drink enough water throughout the day. Aim for 1.5-2L daily, try adding fruit/vegetables to your water if you find you’re not drinking enough.
Try a digestive enzyme or a shot of apple cider vinegar before you eat to support full digestion
Ensure you are eating enough protein throughout your night - this helps balance the damage from all the sugar in alcohol and extra sweets
